If you are looking for the best workout available, then look no further!!! I strongly suggest giving Marty's Boxing program a try. Being a 3 sport athlete at the collegiate level I've been put through many workouts. But I can honestly say, that none of them compare to what you experience with boxing training. Marty knows exactly how to work with you and adjust to your ability level and help you meet the goals that you want to achieve. During a 2 year period of training I have lost close to 60 lbs. and have kept it off. From being a couch potato I now have increased energy to walk 2 miles a day as well as increase my participation in life.
